The Afrontemos care model has been tested in various programs carried out in the Family Intervention and Care Research Unit (UIICF) for more than a decade, including recent crisis intervention programs.

The result of this treatment model is positive or very positive in 67% of cases; moreover, in no case was it reported that the result had negative effects and satisfaction with the care received is unanimous.

The UIICF is accredited as a health center by the Xunta de Galicia and registered in accordance with current health regulations in the Registry of Health Centers, Services and Establishments of Galicia, of the General Directorate of Planning and Inspection of the Ministry of Health of the Xunta de Galicia with Registry number C-15 -00349.
