New agreement of Library Service to buy Elsevier's textbooks. For this acquisition is used the EBS model (Evidence Based Acquisition - EBA).
This model allows a free trial to the collection of the publisher, which allows, in order to their use, select the readest to buy them forever.
The collection is "All Online Books all titles except german", german collection is not included.
