O informe emitido polo CEID fará referencia aos datos da persoa solicitante, o título do proxecto, o código identificador, a data da reunión na que que foi avaliado, a cualificación outorgada e as razóns da decisión.

The report issued by the CEID will include the applicant’s information, the project title, the identification code, the date of the meeting at which it was evaluated, the rating granted, and the reasons for the decision.

Types of report:

• Favorable: it positively assesses the ethical aspects of the project.
• Unfavorable – revision required: it indicates that there are deficiencies in the required ethical standards, but that these can be corrected. A period of two months is established to address the deficiencies and submit a revised application through the electronic form.
• Unfavorable: it concludes that the project does not meet the required ethical standards and cannot be modified to ensure compliance.

• Exempt from evaluation: it indicates that the project does not require evaluation by the CEID-UDC.

The report will be written in Galician, except for the favorable report, which will also be issued in Spanish and English.
