Applied Intelligent Systems Lab is a key pillar for the development of the research group. It applies advanced artificial intelligence and data analysis techniques to a wide range of fields, including industry, medicine and cybersecurity. Our approach focuses on hybrid modelling of complex systems, a methodology that combines unsupervised clustering techniques and intelligent algorithms to understand and predict dynamic behaviour in real-world situations. This approach not only improves the accuracy of classical models, but also facilitates strategic decision-making based on real-time data.

We particularly highlight in this line of action the implementation of virtual sensors and the development of robust algorithms for anomaly detection, which is crucial in areas where accuracy and fast response are essential.
