CTC Group's Smart Building and Sustainability Lab is dedicated to research and development in advanced technologies for smart and sustainable construction. Its areas of work include building automation, energy efficiency, analysis of new building materials, BIM modelling, augmented reality and 3D printing, thermal simulations, as well as the integration of advanced technologies to improve comfort and reduce environmental impact.

With a multidisciplinary approach, the laboratory promotes collaboration with various entities and participates in national and international projects for the transfer of knowledge and technology.
