HRS4R STRATEGY
As part of the commitment to attract the best research talent, the University of A Coruña joined the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers in August 2016. These documents establish the rights and obligations of researchers and the institutions that employ and fund them to apply transparent and fair recruitment procedures.
The "HR Excellence in Research" logo publicly recognizes research institutions that have made progress in aligning their human resources policies with the principles defined in the Charter & Code. Recognized institutions have the right to use the logo to highlight their commitment to implementing transparent procedures for the recruitment and evaluation of researchers.
Currently, UDC is working on implementing the measures outlined in the Action Plan 2022-2025.
