The functions of the General Services Commission are contained within the Chapter IV in Article 39 shall be:

A) Propose to the Faculty Board the annual distribution of the authorized budged.

B) Analized the proposals for works and propose the most convenient one.

C) Advise all FEP members on all matters referred to the computer media avaliable to the Faculty, as well as their posibility of use.

D) Raise to the Faculty Board the proposal of acquisition needs for computer equipment and programs necessary to establish a teaching in accordance with the processes in this branch of science.

E) Make the proposal for rules for the use of the general services of the Faculty (audiovisual media, photocopier, etc...)

F) Propose adding new services

G) Evaluate the operation of the general services of the FEP
