Regulation (Normativa sobre asignación y cambio de grupo)
A change of group may be requested up to 10 school days after the start of the academic year, or in the 10 calendar days following the formalisation of enrolment, or at any other time in the case of a supervening cause.
The reasons for the change, duly justified, may be:
- Accredited coincidence with other subjects or official studies.
- Accredited difficulties in the use of public transport.
- Maternity, paternity, care of the elderly or dependents.
- Accredited incompatibility with work schedules
- Any other relevant reason that may be taken into consideration.
The change of group or assignment to a specific group may be restricted in the event that the size of the resulting groups is considerably irregular. In such cases, the possibility of group swapping between students shall be made available.
The dean, or the person from the dean's team to whom he/she delegates, shall decide on applications, may request additional information and shall interpret these rules.
Procedure for requesting a change of group or group assignment
Applications to change or assign a group shall be made using the established forms and shall always be properly completed and accompanied by the relevant supporting documentation.
Applications shall be submitted to the school administration or by e-mail to decanato.filoloxia@udc.gal. In the case of submission by e-mail, this must be done from the address provided to each student by the UDC.
