Concerning the selection and hiring of personnel charged to research and knowledge transfer projects, grants and agreements, the UDC has recently updated the regulations that serve as the legal and procedural framework for said selective procedures.
Although most of the aspects included in this regulation have been implemented in the UDC for years, some are newly incorporated to align with the guidelines recommended by the European Commission regarding OTM-R processes.
