Oliana Sula is lecturer and researcher at the Department of Management at the Faculty of Business, University “Aleksandër Moisiu” Durrës, Albania since October 2013. She holds a PhD in Management from Estonian Business School, Tallinn, Estonia. Her previous educational background is from Universiité Lumière Lyon II and IAE Jean Moulin Lyon III in Lyon, France, respectively Bachelor in Economics and Master in International Management. During her PhD studies she did a research stay at IAE Buenos Aires. Her research interests include entrepreneurship , sustainability, digital education, digital transformation and corporate communication. Oliana published her research in international scientific journals and she has participated in international scientific conferences. She was part of international projects in the framework of CBHE Erasmus + and projects financed by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie in the fields of entrepreneurship, sustainability and digitalisation. Her teaching portfolio includes Business Ethics and Sustainability, International Business and Business Communication. Since 2014 she is a guest lecturer at Estonian Business School. She did teaching staff mobilities Erasmus+ at Danubius University in Romania, University of Cordoba in Spain and University of Bielefeld in Germany. Oliana collaborated with UDC in 2020 and 2022 and 2023 in the framework of ISS. She is fluent in Albanian, English, Spanish, French and Italian.
