Assistant Professor at the Higher School of Business Sciences of the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo. (UPT). PhD and master’s in communication sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela, master’s in marketing and strategic communication and a degree in public relations from University of Fernando Pessoa. He has published 6 articles in specialized magazines and 10 papers in events proceedings, has 5 books published. It has 100 items of technical production. Participated in 3 events abroad and 105 in Portugal. He directed 1 master's thesis in the area of Communication Sciences. In his professional activities he interacted with 5 collaborators in co-authorship of scientific works. His research has been versed on the following topics: communication management, strategic communication, negotiation, digital learner communication, talent management in organizations and personal leadership.
