Periodically, the OCPI organises training courses aimed mainly at developing the skills and competences of the staff that form part of the research community of the UDC.

The aim of the training provided by the OCPI is to promote scientific careers in Galicia, completing the training of new research staff so that, in the future, they are prepared to lead their own line of research. Courses are also offered to improve the ability to identify and take advantage of funding opportunities, to familiarise new research staff with European programmes and to promote the mobility of early stage research staff, making them aware of the main support tools at the UDC and from other entities.
