Isabel Noya holds degrees in Business Administration and Data Science for Business from Universidad de Montevideo, and a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of London (LSE).
She has experience in data analytics and corporate strategy within the financial technology sector, working on projects to improve decision-making and operational efficiency in companies that develop core banking systems for financial institutions.
Currently, Isabel works in the Fraud Prevention and Payment Approval Analytics area at Mercado Libre, the leading e-commerce and fintech platform in Latin America, where she applies analytical methods to strengthen risk assessment and automate decisions at scale. She also teaches Introduction to Business Analytics at Universidad de Montevideo, focusing on connecting analytical techniques with real-world business challenges.
