Dr Zied Zaray

Dr Zield Zaray is Doctor in science biology, assistant professor belonging to Food Technology Department, in the High Institute of Biotechnology and researcher in the laboratory of biochemistry and enzymatic engineering of lipases at the National School of Engineering of Sfax. Tunisia. 

He is also an elected member of the scientific council of the Higher Institute of Biotechnology, University of Sfax (2017). The coordinator of the professional master in food technology at the Higher Institute of Biotechnology, University of Sfax (2017). The coordinator of the Sfax University of the ERASMUS + KA2 2017 project "Strategic Platform for Improving Tunisian Higher Education on Food Sciences and Technology (SPAAT4FOOD)". An active member of the Scientific and Organizational Committees: Member of the Mediterranean Association of Agri-Food Industry (since 2013). A member of the Organizational Committee of the Participatory Methodology Workshop on Learning and Entrepreneurship in Biological Sciences and Biotechnology, Feedback from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States of America (2018). An evaluator of several articles in international scientific journals. And a member in MIT-Educator, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States of America, 2017.
