Dr Moga Ligia Mihaela

Dr. Moga’s research interests are in the area of high-performance buildings (i.e. sustainable buildings, energy efficient buildings), glazing facades, hygrothermal design and modeling of building components, energy audit of buildings, environmental impact
of buildings and green technologies. She is a Certified Passive House Designer, BREEAM International Assessor, Energy Auditor for Buildings 1st Degree, National Certified Assessor on E Field (Energy economy in buildings and installations). Dr. Moga is the
developer and scientific coordinator of the master’s program “Green Buildings”, the first master program accredited in Romania, in the field of high performing buildings. She coordinates several post-graduate professional long-life learning programs: Energy
Audit for Buildings, Continuing Professional Training Course for Project Verifiers: Domain E and F, Continuing Professional Training Course for Technical Experts: Domain E and F. She is a lecturer at the previously mentioned courses and at other similar ones:
“MENS - Building Energy Analysis Techniques and practices for implementing energy buildings with nearly zero energy consumption (nZEB)”, “Energy Managers for Towns”. Dr Moga participated as a director and member in several international and national
projects in the field of buildings energetics and construction domain. She speaks 4 foreign languages: English (C1), French (B2), Italian (B1/B2), German (B1), Spanish (A1/A2). She teaches in English at the Civil Engineering specialization.
