Dr Oleksandr Boiko

Dr Oleksandr Boiko defended his PhD thesis entitled “AC electrical properties of (FeCoZr)x(PZT)100-x nanocomposites embedded to thermal treatment” in June 2019. From October 2019 till nowadays he is an academic teacher and researcher in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electrotechnology of Lublin University of Technology (LUT) in a position of assistant professor. He is conducting lectures in the following subjects: Numerical Methods in Technique, Circuit Theory, Informatics, Information Techniques – for polish students and Electrotechnology – for international students taught in English. He has been participated several times (June-July 2016/2017) in the student exchange within Erasmus+ programme (Slovak Republic). He is going to participate also in staff mobility for training in Czech Republic (December 2019) and realize teaching mobility in Japan (March 2020). During 2016-2018 he performed mentor function of students/teachers from Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Japan visiting LUT under bilateral agreements. He is a contractor of project “Polish-Japanese Energo-Eco Study and Expert Visits” financed by Polish National Agency of Academic Exchange. His scientific interests include: designing, manufacturing, modeling, determining the structure and physico-chemical properties of metal-dielectric nanostructures and carbon nanotubes. He is the author of 5 and co-author of 23 scientific publications. He has been participating in 12 international conferences in Lithuania, France, Romania, Japan etc.
