Dr Katarzyna Dziewanoska

Katarzyna Dziewanowska is an Associate Professor in Department of Marketing at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. She teaches various courses at bachelor and master level, such as: principles of marketing, experience marketing, relationship marketing, customer satisfaction and loyalty, international marketing, and customer behavior. Her research interests focus on customer experiences and value co-creation. She has participated in both national and international research grants (H2020-MSCA-RISE) and authored and co-authored 4 books and over 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Her biggest passion is international cooperation both in terms of teaching and research. She participated in over 10 research stays, including a semester-long stay as a visiting scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, and 2-week stays at Northumbria University in Newcastle (UK), Ljubljana University in Slovenia and Dublin City University in Ireland. She taught classes during winter and summer schools at Chonnam National University and Kyungpook National University in South Korea and participated in many Erasmus exchange programs. She is also a coordinator for international exchange at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.
