Course Overview
The Vanguard Leadership Program course seeks to develop on participants a set of soft skills that aim to promote an executive profile and citizens for the industrial revolution 4.0. The VUCA world, characteristic of our time, challenges each of us to adopt a more agile and time-appropriate type of thinking (growth mindset). Part of the solution lies to a greater knowledge of oneself, of others and of the contexts in which we live in. On the other hand, it is urgent to think about the transformation (personal,
team, organizations and society), with a better focus on values, innovation and the sharing of different points of view. This course has the purpose to contribute to this type of “Human Beings”, who are citizens of the world. It would be fantastic if, each
participant could say, at the end of the course, as the poet Willian Ernest Henley had said " I am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soul". This Transformational Leadership course (Vanguard Leadership Program) aims to promote in the participants self-awareness regarding the personal and interpersonal characteristics that are fundamental to succeed in the VUCA world (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous) in which we live, as well as the development of the behavioural skills
necessary to respond with creative, innovative and efficient solutions to future challenges. As a result, it is intended to create a “growth mindset”, which can lead to innovation and high performance of the people and teams involved. Its objectives are:
General:
1. Develop Personal and Interpersonal skills;
