PRÉSTAMO

To borrow one or more books, it is recommended that you consult the Crunia catalogue and note down the reference number so that you can easily locate the books in the library's collection.

The loan process is carried out at the Library counter, where you will need to authenticate yourself by presenting your virtual card, available on the UDC app for Android or Apple devices.

The conditions of the service in terms of the number of documents that can be taken and the duration of the loan will depend on the type of user. [+ info].

Books on loan can be renewed as long as another user does not request it. All books, whether on loan or available, can be reserved. To carry out the renewal and reservation processes, you must go to the Library counter, call 881 015 18, or log in to your personal Crunia account. [+ info].

Failure to comply with the lending rules will result in a fine if you are unable to take books for as many working days as you have books and the number of days you are overdue. [+ info]

If the book is not in the Oza Library collection, it can be requested through Crunia or at the Library counter. Once the document arrives at the Library, the system will notify the applicant by e-mail and he/she will have two days to pick it up.

The Oza Library has a loan service for laptops and other devices such as mice, headphones, lecterns, light ring, tripod for mobiles and tablets, lapel microphone, chargers for mobiles and laptops, Logitech Connect for small group videoconferences, and video stabiliser for mobiles.

The loan of these devices is restricted to members of the university community. In order to make use of this service, you have to fill in a registration form, available at the Library counter, in each academic year, in which the conditions of the service are explained.

The loan period is six hours, renewable. The material cannot be taken out of the Oza University Centre. Users are responsible for the material they borrow and must return it in the same conditions as they received it.

The laptops on loan at the Oza Library are regularly maintained and updated, which improves their performance. They have a locking system that is activated when the lid is closed, which eliminates the activity of previous users.

This service provides all those documents (especially journal articles) that are not part of the University's contracted collections.

The costs of this service are free of charge for members of the university community. External users will have to bear the costs of the documents they request. [+ info]

The interlibrary loan request can be made directly from the electronic form (just enter the DOI field and search); or in the process of searching for information in databases, using the SFX tool.

Any person from outside the University can apply for an external authorised user card for the Library. The application process is carried out directly through the Internet.  [+ info]
