We present the templates and guidelines developed by the CEID to facilitate the preparation of ethical evaluation application. These documents ensure that projects comply with the criteria established by the Committee and provide guidance on the essential aspects to consider in their preparation:

• Ethical assessment application template: to be attached to the form. 

• Standard project template: it guides the preparation of the project application and ensures that the established requirements are met. 

• Template for reporting the completion of research. 

• Guidelines for preparing the information sheet and informed consent form. 

• Decision tree for obtaining consent for minors. 

• Ethical checklist: provided to help researchers review their project before submitting the application.
