In the electronic application form, applicants must indicate whether it is the first assessment request for the project or a resubmission following an unfavourable report. The required documentation varies depending on the type of request:

First request:

  • Electronically signed application, following the template.
  • Research project. It mus include the sections specified in the CEID-UDC standard template. It may be submitted in Galician or Spanish. Maximum lenght is 20 pages.
  • Information document, confidentiality agreement, and informed consent form. These must be included as an annex within the project. A guide to assist in their preparation is provided.
  • Copy of the call for proposals to which the project is submitted (if applicable).

Resubmission:

  • Identification code assigned by the CEID in the previous report.
  • Research proyect. In the same document as the initial submission, the changes made must be highlighted in a different color.
  • Explanatory document describing the modifications. Each observation from the CEID-UDC report must be addressed clearly and concisely, indicating the line or page number in the project where each modification appears.
