The Legal Consultancy of the University of A Coruña has been conferred with a double function:

• To offer legal advice to the governing and representative bodies of the University, practised, fundamentaly, by means of the writing of reports, legal opinion reports, and resolution proposals.
• To offer legal representation and defence of the institution in any kind of judicial process, and also in administrative and arbitral procedures.
