Aplication for certificates

What type of certificates can be requested?

The following certificates, among others, can be requested:

  • Certificates relating to the participation of research staff in international, national and regional R&D&i projects.
    • The certification of the collaborating personnel in the projects is done by the IP of the project.
  • Certificates relating to the Research Catalogue: membership of a group, coordination, etc...
  • Certificates relating to the call for "UDC Research Grants".
  • Granting of stays from other mobility calls.
  • Certificates relating to staff hired under Human Resources programmes, and under research projects and grants. There are three types of certificates for contracted personnel:
    • ANNEX I certification of previous services.
    • For merits as contracted in projects
    • For exemption from academic fees (if they meet the requirement of having been employed by the UDC for at least 15 months).
  • Certificates related to paid predoctoral fellowships
  • Certificates relating to contract for the provision of scientific, technical, humanistic and artistic services (LOSU Art. 60) (forward 2012)
  • Certificates relating to Intellectual property rigths (Patents, Utility Models, Intellectual Property Registration, ...)
  • Certificates of licenses for the exploitation of research results
  • TBC´s certificates (only Spin-Off owned by the UDC)

 

How can I apply for a certificate?

To request certification, an e-mail must be sent to the corresponding service, indicating the following.

Certificates relating to the participation of research staff in national and regional projects

Request the certificate at proxectos@udc.es, indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number
  • Project code and the name of the PI of the project.

Certificates relating to the participation of research staff in international R&D&i projects

Request the certificate to opi@udc.gal, indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number of the applicant
  • Title, acronym and reference of the project
  • Full name of the project PI
For any other project managed by the ORI, such as Erasmus+ projects, request the certificate to proxectos.ori@udc.gal, indicating:
  • Full name, ID and department
  • Title, acronym and reference of the project
  • Full name of the project PI

Certificates relating to the Research Catalogue

Request the certificate at catalogo@udc.gal, indicating

  • Full name and ID card number
  • Name of the research group or research unit

Certificates relating to the call for "UDC Research Grants"

Request the certificate from axudasudc@udc.gal, indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number
  • Aid requested (Visits/meetings of researchers, Organisation of congresses and conferences, Intensification of participation in international calls, Post-doctoral research stays, Compensation of expenses associated with the processing of patents, Support for attracting talent).
  • The year corresponding to the call

Granting of stays from other mobility calls

Request the certificate at outrasaxudas@udc.gal, indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number
  • Name of the mobility call and year of the call
  • Information regarding the stay: destination centre, dates

Certificates relating to hired personnel

For staff hired under Human Resources programmes, request the certificate at programas.rrhh@udc.es. The certificate for staff hired under research projects and grants can be requested by sending an e-mail to contratos@udc.es.
In both cases, full name and ID card number must be provided, and in the case of projects, you must indicate their name(s)

Certificates related to paid predoctoral fellowships

Request the certificate to programas.rrhh@udc.es, indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number
  • The periods in which they were carried out, with an express indication of the start and end dates of each period.

If possible, attach all available supporting documentation with the application.ue se teña disponible.

Certificates relating to Art.60 contracts

Request the certificate at otc@udc.gal indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number of the applicant
  • Contract code and IP name

Certificates related to Intellectual property rigths (Patents, Utility Models, Intellectual Property Registry, etc.)

Request the certificate at otc@udc.gal indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number of the applicant
  • Title, year and application number of the protected invention in which he/she appears as the author

Certificates of licenses for the exploitation of research results

Request the certificate at otc@udc.gal indicating:

  • Full name and ID card number of the applicant
  • Identification of the contract containing the license
  • Name of the licensed result of which you are the author

Certificates related to EBT/TBC

Request the certificate at otc@udc.gal indicating:

  • Company name
  • VAT number
  • Sales/ Current workers
