  • Impartiality, independence, and integrity: We act with absolute impartiality and independence, ensuring that our activities and decisions are not influenced by commercial, financial, or organizational pressures that could compromise the objectivity and integrity of the results. Management is responsible for identifying, assessing, and controlling any risks that could affect the impartiality or independence of the laboratory.
  • Risk management: Proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities that may affect the quality of results, technical competence, or impartiality, integrating this management at all levels of the system.
  • Consistency and reliability: Maintaining consistency in our activities through the application of documented procedures that ensure the traceability, accuracy and validity of the results, as well as the reliability of the opinions and interpretations when they are issued.
  • Supplier management: Establish effective controls over suppliers to ensure the quality of products that may affect our results.
  • Staff participation and training: Encourage active involvement, open communication and continuous training of all staff, as a basis for strengthening the culture of quality, competence and impartiality in the laboratory.
