This call establishes the number of places offered, the requirements, the selection criteria, the price and the application deadline, which will remain open from May 23 until 2:00 p.m. on June 23, 2025.

For students enrolling for the first time at UDC:

1º) Complete the "Application Form for University Residence Places - Students Enrolling for the First Time at UDC" below. Once you have completed this process, you will receive instructions for submitting your documentation at the email address provided on the form.

2º)You must respond to the email received by sending Annex III (Plaza Coruña) or Annex IV (Plaza Ferrol), completed and signed by all eligible members of the family unit, and the documentation required therein. Once this process is complete, you will receive confirmation of submission by email, which will serve as a receipt.

Only one application per student, either in A Coruña or Ferrol, will be accepted. If more than one application is submitted per student, the most recent application will be valid.

 

Final decision on admitted students and those on the waiting list for accommodation places for international mobility program students at the University of A Coruña in the public university residences on the A Coruña and Ferrol campuses. 2025/26 academic year (link here).

 

Students will have five business days to accept their place and deposit the corresponding €150 deposit. The procedure for depositing the deposit and paying the residence fees is described at the end of this document.

Proof of this deposit will be sent by email to residence.iro@udc.gal and will serve as confirmation of the successful applicant's acceptance of the place.

Once the ordinary call for the 2025/2026 academic year has ended, the deadline for requesting vacant places will open.

 

Request for vacant places for the 2025-2026 academic year in public university residences, after the final rector's resolution of the call for the allocation of places for said course.

Applications for places which remain vacant after until the last working day of June 2026.
