For your information, external organizations with agreements with the UDC are offering 63 conferences (in 2026) on a pro bono basis for the UDC community. These conferences can be requested and organized by:

• The support staff of the UDC faculties and schools (and the rest of the teaching and support staff of the PAT, with the knowledge of the support staff of the corresponding faculty and school)
• The support staff of the UDC units, offices, and services
• The heads of PTGAS UDC services
• The presidents of the UDC student associations
• The administration of the Higher University
• The coordinator of the Shared Space program, aimed at young people with cognitive disabilities
• Other members of the UDC community, upon request to udc.saudable@udc.es

UDC organizers, on their own initiative, must directly agree on the date, time, and location with the representatives of the organizations, as stipulated in the document, ensure the administrative aspects in their faculty or school, and have a minimum of 15 attendees. Ultimately, this is always subject to the consent of the organization itself. It is recommended to review the document to understand the diversity and relevance of the topics offered for learning.
