Dr Tinatin Rodonaia is currently Assistant Professor specialized in management at the Faculty of Business and Engineering in the East European University since 2019. Dr Tinatin Rodonaia obtained the doctors degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Business Engineering, Georgian Technical University. She obtained her M.A. from Caucasus University with a 3.4 GPA Honor. Her main area of research is distance learning, blended learning, higher education management, business environment. She actively participates in conferences, seminars and workshops. She has published articles in international reviewed and referenced scientific journals. Dr Tinatin is a member of European Distance and E-Learning Network. She participated in Developing Local Leadership for Global English Language Teaching with the American English Institute at the University of Oregon (UO AEI) 2015, International Seminars on Educational Staff and Skills Developing, Jerusalem, Israel, “A.OFRI” International Training Center, Indiana University Scholarship Recipient- International Studies Summer Institute for Teachers K12 at Indiana University, Bloomington, US. She has worked in many reputable higher education institutions in Georgia, namely Caucasus University, East European University since 2008.
